Japanese Coffee Jelly with Gelatin

Ingredients

gelatin powder

water

instant coffee powder

granulated sugar

hot water
Condensed milk and coconut milk for serving
Instructions
Place the gelatin in a small bowl.
Add water and set aside for about 5 min.
Dissolve coffee and sugar in some hot water.
Add the gelatin mixture and stir well.
Add the rest of the hot water and stir until completely dissolved.
Scoop up any bubbles on the surface with a spoon and discard.
Pour mixture into the pan and let it cool.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
Using a knife, cut through the coffee jelly vertically and then horizontally to make cubes. You can cut them big or small cubes.
Serve with condensed milk and coconut milk, or with your favorite cream.
